Canadians and our community leaders speak a lot about multiculturalism. Today, more than ever, there is increased awareness to issues of inclusion, equity and diversity. Yet many Canadians who have lived here for most or all of their lives take issue with the negative stereotypes of newcomers and other disenfranchised groups.
Harmonize.ca was created to foster a better understanding of every member in our communities and to showcase their ongoing contribution to Canadian society. This online hub and our social media platforms are being populated with videos and content that showcases the cultural and diverse groups that make up Peel Region and Canada. As a community leader, we invite you to learn, participate, raise the voice and reach of your organization, cause or project and build bridges of cooperation with the broader community.
